Created at the request of customers, Milstead HMR has evolved into a large-scale environmental response organization covering a wide geography and specializing in scheduled remediation work. Bases of operations are in Conroe and San Antonio, Texas.

Milstead HMR was formed in 2020 to provide routine hazardous material handling and supplement emergency response needs for established customers. With broad experience in the ER towing and recovery business, this natural extension to serve customers with hazmat clean-up needs developed into a viable business establishment.
